Enrollment in any coaching experience—including but not limited to the Aligned Leadership Mini-Mastermind, Phoenix Rising Group Coaching, or Private 1:1 Coaching—is non-refundable and non-transferable. These programs are limited-capacity, high-touch containers requiring significant energetic and time investment. Once your space is secured, it cannot be reassigned. Therefore, no refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including changes in personal circumstances.

2. Digital Products and Downloads
All digital products (including but not limited to self-paced courses, masterclass replays, and downloadable resources) are also non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content and instant access upon purchase, no returns or exchanges will be honored.

3. Questions Before Purchase

4. Exceptions
