Because our coaching programs and digital offerings are high-touch, capacity-limited, or delivered instantly, all sales are final.

1. Coaching Programs (1:1 or Group)

Enrollment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment plans must be completed.

2. Digital Products & Courses

Self-paced courses, downloads, masterclass replays, and book-related digital content are non-refundable.

3. Book-Related Digital Content

Any digital add-ons associated with The Skeptical Executive follow the same non-refundable policy (unless otherwise stated at time of purchase).

4. Before You Purchase

5. Discretionary Exceptions

In rare, exceptional circumstances, SoulFIRE Leadership, LLC may consider a refund — but this does not set a precedent and does not alter the general policy.
