Leadership coaching for women in Finance and Technology

Successful on paper.Something still isn’t right.

By ten, an urgent meeting has taken the hour you set aside for your own appointment. The work you planned is still waiting. You know how to make room for it. No one sees what had to move.

See how we work

The meeting ran late. Traffic isn’t moving.

The brake lights stretch toward the next exit. Your child has an event you promised you would attend.

You are supposed to be there now.

You check the clock again, then the map, even though neither has changed.

You are not going to make it.

You have already told them the role is empty.

The vacancy stays open. The deadline stays put. So you cover what still has to get done.

At work, the project got delivered.

The review will probably reflect it.

There is no line for the seat that stayed empty.

Your competence did not create the staffing gap. It can keep the gap hidden.

You did not create the missing headcount, the unclear ownership, or the deadline that never moved. But when you keep finding a way to cover what is missing, the system gets the result without experiencing the full cost.

Over time, that adaptation can become automatic. You anticipate, cover, smooth over, and take responsibility before anyone has decided whose responsibility it is. The question is no longer whether you can keep doing it. It is what this way of operating is costing you.

What would change in the life you’re already living?

We choose the focus from what is happening now. The change has to reach the next ordinary week.

You can sit through dinner, a conversation, or a Saturday morning without half your attention still replaying the meeting or planning Monday.

Relationships

Two people sitting together on grass beneath trees beside a lake, with mountains in the distance.

Sleep, movement, appointments, and meals stop being the first things to disappear when work gets heavy.

Health

The calls, rides, follow-ups, and remembering come out of your head and into a conversation about who does what.

Responsibility

A difficult decision can still be difficult without taking over three nights, six mental rehearsals, and every spare minute in between.

Decisions

You can decide whether you want more, different, less, or something you cannot name yet without turning the answer into another performance review.

What comes next

A vacant role, unclear ownership, or someone else's failure to decide stops automatically becoming work you absorb because you know how.

Workplace support

I know what it looks like when competence hides the cost.

I spent 33 years in Finance and Technology and reached VP-level leadership. Nearly 100 people across five locations

Your health, relationships, ambition, and the things you want for yourself belong in our work.

Private work with Amanda

We choose the depth of work based on what needs to change and the support it will take to make that change.

SoulFIRE Clarity Intensive

A situation keeps following you home. In a 90-minute private session, we look at what is happening around you and what it is stirring up in you, then sort out what deserves attention first. I send a personalized Clarity Brief with what we discussed and discovered, what I noticed, tailored exercises and methods, and a practical 30-day plan.

I know something substantial needs to change. I do not need six months. I need concentrated help restructuring how I am operating.

The Renewal Experience

Five private hours give us room to look at the whole picture, starting with what you believe needs to change, where you want to go, and what is keeping the current arrangement in place. We use your Wheel of Life to see how work, health, relationships, responsibilities, and priorities affect one another. You leave with a Renewal Blueprint, tailored exercises and methods, and a 60-day Action Map. I stay in touch as you begin putting it into practice.

The same patterns keep showing up in more than one part of your life.

Six-Month Private Leadership Engagement

You know you can keep doing this. You do not want the rest of your life to be the price. Six months gives us time to work on the patterns that keep resurfacing across leadership, work, health, relationships, responsibility, and what you want for yourself. We make changes, see what happens when you use them in real life, and adjust as your circumstances change.

The engagement includes 12 private coaching sessions, designed to meet approximately every other week, plus an onboarding call, a three-hour Integration Intensive, between-session WhatsApp or Telegram support, and an offboarding call. Sessions can flex around executive travel, demanding work periods, family obligations, and other circumstances, and must be completed within nine months.

If you want to hear how I think before we talk.

SoulFIRE Leadership, the book

What did you learn to set aside to become this capable?

In SoulFIRE Leadership: The Leadership Model Women Were Never Taught, I examine the demand for constant output, the pressure to edit your voice, and what happens when women are expected to operate as though capacity never changes, regardless of what is happening in their bodies or lives.

The book also looks at the values and goals you may have outgrown, the way you use influence, and the life you want your leadership to serve now.

Its six pillars make up the SoulFIRE Framework. Reflection exercises help you test these ideas in your own life, beginning with where you stand and moving through values, thinking, goals, influence, and sustaining change.

At some point, the question becomes specific to you.

The book and Expert Insights can help you recognize patterns, challenge an explanation, or see a situation differently.

They cannot tell you which part of your situation matters most, what is structural versus changeable, or what deserves your attention first.

That requires looking at the specifics of your leadership, work, and life.
